LIFETIME WARRANTY

Morton Collision Repair, Inc. and Washington Collision Repair, a division of Morton Collision Repair, Inc. hereby provide a Lifetime Warranty on repairs performed by the shops. This Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, and is for the person to whom this Warranty is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order. This is a labor only, fragmented four part Warranty, and stipulations pertaining to a fragmented part are stated hereafter.

METALWORK: Morton Collision Repair, Inc. and Washington Collision Repair (The Shops) provide a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all metal work, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. The companies will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, at it’s sole option, when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
PAINTING, STRIPES AND DECALS: Morton Collision Repair, Inc. and Washington Collision Repair provide a LIFETIME WARRANTY on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation and, a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding those defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. The Shops will reprime, repaint, re-strip or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby (excluding rust repair), at its sole option, when claim is made within one (1) year of the affective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle. Paint Warranty is valid only over original factory finishes that are free of defect.
MECHANICAL REPAIRS: Morton Collision Repair, Inc. and Washington Collision Repair provide a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage, including suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. The Shops will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within (1) year of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
PARTS: Morton Collision Repair, Inc. and Washington Collision Repair provide a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, unless manufacturers warranty is less on New OEM parts installed by or at The Shops, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. (Please Note: Shop warranty does not exceed Mfg. Warranty.) The Shops will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby at its sole option, when claim is made within one (1) year of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

This Written Warranty shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Warranty Grantor. This warranty is not transferable.
Specifically Excluded:

- Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this Limited Warranty, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair.

- Rust: Surface rust, rust through, and/or damage caused by rusting or interior or exterior
